This page explains what information beexoomsai.com collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The site is run by Bee Xoomsai, a bilingual MC based in Bangkok, Thailand. Questions about this policy can go to beexoomsai@gmail.com.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, the form collects the details you choose to give: your name, email address, and information about your event (date, type, city or venue, language needed and your message).

I use these details only to reply to you, check availability and prepare a quote, and to keep a record of the booking if we work together. I don't use them for marketing lists and I don't sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which stores submissions on my behalf.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It doesn't tell me who you are.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Google's own use of this data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Content from other services

Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts and video preview images from YouTube. When your browser fetches them, those services receive your IP address, as with any website request. Watching a video takes you to YouTube, which has its own privacy terms.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a booking follows, for as long as business and tax records require. You can ask me to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email beexoomsai@gmail.com and I'll respond promptly.
